What this is

Alcohol Is Poison offers an educational health program for adults, the 30-Day Health Experiment, with free and paid parts. It is not medical care, therapy, detox or treatment for alcohol use disorder, and nothing on this site is medical advice. The fit check is a sorting tool. It is not a diagnosis and not medical clearance. If you have symptoms, feel unsafe, or are in crisis, contact a clinician or emergency services. See Is it safe for me to stop?

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your own health decisions, and for talking to a clinician when the fit check or your own judgment says to.

The purchase

• The full program costs $49, paid once through Stripe, and gives you access to Days 4 to 30, the toolbox and the passes described on the program page for as long as the program is offered.
• You get a permanent access link by email. Keep it. You can request a new one from the account page.
• 14-day guarantee. If it is not for you, email hello@alcoholispoison.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, without needing a reason.

What you write in the program is yours and stays on your device. We do not claim any rights to it.

Using the site

Please do not share your access link, copy the lessons for resale, or try to break the site. We may stop access for misuse and refund you if we do.
